My client texted me and said, “Absolutely, 100% worth it! And probably too good to be true. I hope you don’t crush my dreams when you read the label.” As a health coach, I work with clients to level up their health through not only their nutrition choices but their activity, self-talk and more. I am not the food police or the Debbie-downer many people think would be the case. Even this text from my client comes with jest. Still, the question is real. He was asking about Wonder Monday Low Carb Cheesecakes. And while I’m not a cheesecake person, such a glowing review piqued my curiosity.

I visited their website and checked out their marketing claims. They promote their cheesecakes as low-carb, high-protein, and gluten-free, boldly asserting they’re “impossibly delicious.” Well, I’ll leave that judgment to you. Here, we’re talking nutrition.

I looked into their classic plain flavor and here’s what I found: they spotlight 3g of net carbs, which immediately caught my attention. But let’s dig deeper. Each serving contains 270 calories, with 24g of fat (including 12g of saturated fat), and 10g of protein — roughly equivalent to slightly over an ounce or slightly more than an egg.
